• Due to the nature of perfumes and cosmetics, products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted in the following cases:

• There is a clear manufacturing defect.
3. Return Policy
• Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receipt.
• The product must be unopened, in its original condition, and in its complete packaging.
